    Job Description

    ** Summary:**

    The Manager, Contract Administration is highly organized and detail-oriented with expertise in effective communication and contract management.

    Manager provides contract administration support, as well as assists with drafting, issuing correspondence, communicating with licensees, and clearing assets, as requested by the VP, on behalf of the Business & Legal Affairs and Business Operations teams. Candidate must be adept at decision-making and must be a solution-oriented manager. Candidate is expected to easily collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment and understand how to prioritize assignments with minimal direct supervision.

    This position reports to the Vice President, Contract Management & Clearances for Universal Products & Experiences – Business & Legal Affairs and Contract Operations team.

    Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 (bonus eligible)

    Qualifications

    ** Responsibilities include:**

    • Tracks and follows contracts from approval to execution, updates system status as applicable, and maintains workflow throughout the drafting and signing process
    • Keeps the revenue stream moving along as contracts come back signed
    • Issues NDAs, customs letters and correspondence to internal and external parties
    • Reviews creative materials and identifies clearance issues
    • Reviews product submissions and identifies issues
    • Prepares third party approvals for new deals
    • Attends weekly status meetings re: open contracts and speaks knowledgably re: status and any open issues
    • Identifies priority deals, partners and issues, and handles them as such
    • Circulates DocuSign Envelopes for attorneys
    • Maintains proper recordkeeping and filing system for all contracts
    • Works closely with department coordinator and delegates as appropriate
    • Communicates and collaborates with counterparts in London office
    • Assists other department members as necessary, including with drafting, correspondence and other matters as arise
    • Completes ad hoc projects as assigned by VP

    ** Requirements for role**

    • At least five (5) years of contract administration experience
    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
    • Owns the role as a manager, is proactive and comes with solutions
    • Mastery in written and verbal communication and listening skills with all levels of executive, management, staff and clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Dynamic, proactive self-starter who initiates improvements to processes and requires minimal supervision
    • Communicates with all teams effectively and is seen as a source of information by the teams
    • Highly detail oriented and understands the importance of providing accurate information
    • Team player with a willingness to give assistance to co-workers in other areas
