Job Description
The Manager - Customer Supply Chain Services is responsible for enabling and supporting all order to cash resources which includes external resource providers, regional process consultant, customer consultant teams. This role is the key lever for customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability within the order to cash workflow by improving overall order to cash process performance. Critical responsibilities within this role include process support for system enhancements and integration as well as matching processes support to meet all customer requirements. Must be a partner with all business leaders to ensure that performance and customer requirements are understood and clearly communicated to the back-office team to ensure proper enabling, support, and improvement activities. Participate in Global Governance activities and strategic initiatives to understand and influence strategic direction.
