    About Platform Distribution & Partnerships:

    Platform Distribution and Partnerships is a division of NBCUniversal's media group responsible for the distribution and monetization of the company’s multi-billion-dollar linear and streaming services portfolio to pay-tv providers, NBC broadcast affiliates, consumer technology platforms and devices, and consumer brands. A key revenue-generator, the division is comprised of content distribution, affiliate relations and strategic partnerships across NBC, Peacock, Bravo, Telemundo and various FAST channels.

    Job Description: The Manager, Device Partner Marketing will play a critical role overseeing the strategy and day-to-day management of our key platform distribution partners including, but not limited to, Roku, Apple, Samsung, PlayStation and more. This role will be responsible for managing the growth, editorial, paid and content marketing strategy across Peacock's streaming distribution partner platforms. This is a high profile, cross-functional role with touch points across Peacock and the larger NBCU enterprise. This role will provide consultative recommendations to internal teams regarding device marketing strategy, as well as directly execute media campaigns on device partner platforms.

    ** Day to Day**

    • Manage Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal partners and cross functional teams, fostering strong and collaborative relationships to drive mutual success.
    • Scale, nurture, and optimize partnerships beyond launch, identifying incremental, mutually beneficial opportunities to grow the partnership with a focus on building a marketing roadmap that drives growth and engagement
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including BD, Partner Managers, Media Analytics, Title Marketing, and more
    • Measure against multiple KPIs including CPiA, CLV, ROAS, engagement, retention, awareness, etc.
    • Develop and activate marketing and media strategy across devices aligned with company goals and KPIs
    • Work with analytics team to integrate device marketing and media into larger marketing strategy using tools such as MMM and MTA
    • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights guiding the marketing budget allocation and forecasting
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing function or partnerships, preferrable paid media
    • Prior experience tracking and organizing multiple projects, which require senior-level approvals
    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Media and Entertainment experience strongly preferred
    • Must be an excellent communicator and relationship manager, both internally and externally
    • Ability to see the bigger picture and how devices fit into a larger marketing and streaming ecosystem
    • Strong analytical skills with a history of deep diving into data to tell the larger story
    • Experience in paid media with multiple KPIs
    • Excellent communication skills with a focus on getting messages across concisely

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
