Job Description
The Manager of Enrollment will serve as a leader of student recruitment and enrollment for Camden. They will be responsible for building and overseeing the implementation of best-in-class practices that result in exceptional parent experience as a means to increase enrollment. They will work closely with staff across the region to create turnkey resources and training. They will establish and leverage strong relationships with staff at various levels to ensure continuity of experience in the transition from prospective to enrolled families.

Compensation for this position: Candidates who meet all job description requirements will likely receive an offer of $81,000. The starting compensation for this role is between $76,500 to $90,000. The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. To receive an offer at the top of the range, candidates will need significant experience beyond the job description requirements. Because we value staff tenure in a role, we do not currently cap salary ranges for current staff members.
