    Role

    We are looking to hire a critical member of our team to manage strategic marketing partnerships and take responsibility for coordination of a subset of those across the organization. This role will sit within Peacock’s Partner Marketing organization, a group which evaluates, executes and manages marketing partnership opportunities. The team is looking for someone who is proficient in partner management, marketing strategy, creative asset oversight, and partnership strategy. The role will combine partner management and strategic brand planning. You will be tasked with gathering and sharing key information that will inform Peacock's enterprise marketing, execution and deal strategy. This is a high profile, cross-functional role with touch points across the wider NBCU business including Marketing, Publicity, Ad Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations. Additionally, the role will involve developing and executing the end-to-end partner program including working with internal stakeholders on the marketing deal terms as well as manage the go-to-market plan, on-going marketing strategy and analyzing partnership performance.

    Day-to-Day

    • Coordinate Partner Marketing Initiatives: Scale, nurture, and optimize partner marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive innovative co-marketing opportunities for Peacock.
    • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create compelling messaging and supporting assets for use across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
    • Analyze Partnership Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and partnership KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
    • Contribute to regular reports and insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROl.
    • Manage Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal partners and cross functional teams, fostering strong and collaborative relationships to drive mutual success. Coordinate ongoing communication, support, and partnership activities that drive growth and engagement of Peacock.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 4+ years of relevant experience in partner facing role or marketing
    • Problem solver with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and pivot based on evolving priorities.
    • Proven ability to parse information into compelling presentations.
    • Experience coordinating promotional marketing assets and approvals
    • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences.
    • Team player who enjoys both working independently and values being part of a unit
    • Exceptional Excel & PowerPoint skills

    Desired Characteristics

    • Strong interest and/or experience in the media industry, specifically in streaming video
    • Problem solver with a knack for seamless execution and attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, and present succinctly to executives and stakeholders at all levels
    • Strategic thinking with strong intellectual curiosity
    • Excellent communication skills, confident in managing, influencing and growing relationships with stakeholders internally and externally
