    Job Description

    We are looking for an Enterprise Systems Manager to join our growing global team at Sectigo.

    The Manager, Enterprise Systems will be responsible for overseeing the operational management, security, and compliance of global back-office business systems. This role ensures that enterprise applications function efficiently, securely, and in compliance with industry standards, including ISO 27001, PCI, GDPR, CCPA, and WebTrust.

    Additionally, the manager will lead a team focused on re-architecting the flow of transactional data between systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and security. This role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive digital transformation within a complex enterprise environment.

    This is a newly created full-time position working in a hybrid model (at least 3 days a week) from our Scottsdale, Arizona office, reporting to our Chief Information Officer.

    Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:

    Enterprise Systems Management

    • Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of back-office business systems (ERP, Financial, Billing, and other enterprise platforms as assigned).
    • Implement best practices to ensure system stability, security, and scalability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enterprise systems with business goals.
    • Manage vendor relationships for enterprise applications and services.

    _Compliance & Security _

    • Ensure all enterprise systems comply with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and WebTrust requirements.
    • Work closely with security teams to implement security controls and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Conduct periodic audits and assessments to maintain compliance with regulatory frameworks.
    • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to protect sensitive business and customer data.

    _Data Architecture & Integration _

    • Lead a team responsible for re-architecting transactional data flows between systems.
    • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure data integration solutions.
    • Optimize data exchange processes between financial, operational, and customer-facing platforms.
    • Leverage API integrations, middleware, and cloud-based solutions to enhance data interoperability.

    _Leadership & Team Management _

    • Build and mentor a high-performing enterprise systems team.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Drive initiatives that align with the company’s digital transformation strategy.

    Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly recommended.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in enterprise systems management or business applications.
    • Minimum of 3+ Years Leading a team in a business systems operation role.

    Travel Requirement:

    • Travel up to 25% domestic and/or international.

    Ideal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, financial systems, and enterprise data architecture.
    • Experience managing system integrations, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
    • In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and WebTrust compliance.
    • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise IT projects.
    • Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, Maxio, Salesforce in a global environment.
    • Familiarity with ETL tools, middleware solutions, and microservices architectures.
    • Certifications in CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a global, fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
