    Responsibilities:

    Hire, train, and supervise employees like Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists in customer service, sales, and quality of service.

    Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team through daily coaching.

    Develop and foster an inspiring high-performance culture where people love to come to work.

    Build the business through effective scheduling.

    Proactively de-escalate any unsatisfied issues and train the team on opportunities.

    Assess business analytics and drive key performance metrics through action planning and leveraging team strengths.

    Complete administrative tasks such as payroll and inventory in a timely manner and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

    Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

    Additional management duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Ability to work 37+ hours a week, this is a full-time position.

    Management experience in a sale and/or the beauty industry is preferred.

    Strong organizational, task management, and delegation skills

    Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting.

    Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and proposed solutions,

    Ability to drive results through others.

    Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with POS
