    Job Description

    The Manager, FP&A will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for budgeting and forecasting for Global Cash Flow, Headquarters central services, and Compensation. The qualified candidate should be detail oriented, balance priorities, and deliver on a timely/accurate manner with minimum supervision. This position requires a strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 (bonus eligible)

    Direct Responsibilities:

    • Own the budgeting and forecasting for the following key areas:
      • Cash Flow across Global Consumer Products and Gaming & Digital portfolio - receipts & disbursements. Partnering with Global Finance, Controllership & Business Operations on input and insights
      • UPE Headquarters’ overhead/cost of sales management of central services including Legal & Business Affairs, HR, Communications, IT, Finance & Franchise
      • Global Headcount and Compensation/benefits
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis
    • Teamwork & Collaboration: Build strong relationships within Global Finance, Controllership & Business Operations and other teams. Collaborate effectively to achieve department objectives
    • Support Senior Leadership on Annual Budgets, Monthly / Quarterly Operating Forecasts / Reviews and Long-Range Strategic planning across key areas of responsibility
    • Perform and facilitate financial validation processes on revenues and costs, identify key financial risks and opportunities, analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions
    • Partner closely with Controllership for all quarter close/ year end procedures
    • Refine key forecasting methodologies and assumptions using data driven analytics
    • Expand use of automation to drive process improvement and data visualization

    Qualifications

    Technical & Professional:

    • Career Level: Experienced
    • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience (in Consumer Products / Retail / Parks environment or Global Media & Entertainment industry a plus), in a finance function
    • Solid accounting / finance background required
    • Advanced Excel skills (ability to create financial models from PowerPivot and Data Modeling), required
    • PowerPoint skills, including ability to "tell a story" using PowerPoint
    • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, a plus
    • Qualified accounting and finance skills (i.e., certified accountant, MBA) a plus

    • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player in a fast-paced environment, working with a variety of personalities

    • Proactive approach to problem solving including analytical and information system skills

    Additional Requirements:

    1. Travel may be required
    2. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the needs of the team
    3. Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
