Company Overview: We are a facility/clinic in North Bend, OR, seeking a Manager Financial Clearance to provide guidance and leadership to Financial Clearance Teams. They aim to ensure efficient and effective financial processes within the healthcare setting.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Experience with computerized hospital, clinical, and financial systems (2+ years).

Supervisory or management experience in healthcare or a related field (5+ years).

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and guide Financial Clearance Teams, including Hospital and Clinic Pre-Registration, Prior Authorization, and Financial Counseling.

Manage supervisors in pre-registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, and financial counseling to optimize efficiency.

Monitor and benchmark performance statistics to ensure adherence to standards.

Collaborate with service line leaders, departments, providers, and staff to support revenue cycle workflows and tasks.

Partner with Payor Relations to address payor issues and trends.

Salary Range: $68,790 - $87,000

Schedule and Shift Details:

8-hour shifts with potential weekend requirements.

Travel Requirements:

Off-site travel may be necessary.
