  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    What Would You Do? The Specifics.

    • Manages, organizes, and leads portions of the annual planning / budgeting process
    • Supports the preparation of the monthly or quarterly Corporate forecasting process
    • Interacts directly with Corporate Department owners to build forward-looking plans
    • Supports quarterly earnings release and reporting cycles
    • Conducts analysis of weekly and monthly results, trends and variance to plans
    • Supports the monthly close process by conducting variance analysis and helping prepare portions of the Monthly Financial Package, a go-to resource for the Executive Team
    • Assists with the development and preparation of scheduled reports as well as ad hoc management reports and analyses
    • Understands key drivers of the business and uses those to improve forward-looking views
    • Builds strong relationships across business as well as across Finance and other corporate functions in the organization
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4-6 years of finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. ((Required))
    • 4-6 years of financial reporting and planning systems/software experience. ((Required))

    Education

    • Four year college degree or equivalent experience. (Required)
    • Master's Degree in Business Administration. (Preferred)

    • Skilled in gathering, transforming and reporting information in an insightful manner (Required)
    • Professional, reliable and diligent with ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships (Required)

    • Results oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible (Required)
    • Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment (Required)
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with leaders at VP-level and above (Required)
    • Action-oriented, able to deal with ambiguity and quickly adapt to changing priorities (Required)
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities (Required)
    • Power user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Required)
    • Knowledge of planning technologies; Oracle EPM desirable (Preferred)
