    Manager, Fund Accounting [ Growth Oriented] 

    Responsibilities

    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting the accounting and operations for one of the company's business development companies within its Global Private Debt Strategy.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Resolving cash reconciliation items;
    • Reviewing daily transaction postings;
    • Recording of monthly closing accruals;
    • Calculating management and incentive fees;
    • Reviewing and reconciling capital activities and statements maintained by the transfer agent:
    • Preparation of monthly fund reporting and performance metrics;
    • Coordinating with independent auditors, custodians, and transfer agents;
    • Assist in the production of monthly and quarterly reporting for leverage facilities;
    • Reviewing quarterly and annual 10-Q and 10-K SEC filings;
    • Participate in projects and continuous process improvements for key deliverables; and
    • Performing other tasks as required.

    Qualifications/Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred.
    • 5-7 years of relevant fund accounting experience.
    • Strong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis;
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with Geneva and/or Geneva World Investor, accounting systems and Markit WSO (notice portal) is a plus.
  • Compensation
    $145,000 per year
