Role Purpose:
Global Finance Operations (GFO) is NBCU’s centralized shared service organization providing various finance and accounting services across the Business Units within NBCU. GFO is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of the Record to Report (R2R) Manager. This manager role will be responsible for the delivery of the R2R functions including general ledger accounting, monthly close activities, asset accounting, account reconciliations and other various processes performed by both onshore and offshore teams. Additionally, ensuring the offshore team performance complies with SLAs, providing excellent customer service to the business units (act as a first point of contact) and driving efficiency through continuous improvement within a shared service model. The R2R Manager will manage a team of accountants, coordinate with the Business Unit stakeholders, and maintain efficient accounting processes to support the business operations effectively. The R2R Manager also plays a key role in implementing process improvements, integrating new systems and participating in company-wide transformation initiatives.

This position has been designated as hybrid , generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
