We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fitness and sales to grow within our organization. As a Manager in Training, you will work closely with senior management to learn the ins and outs of our business operations while developing your leadership skills. Responsibilities: • Learn and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and meet revenue targets. • Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio. • Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins. • Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service. • Conduct fitness consultations and assist members in setting and achieving their fitness goals. Qualifications: • Must be fit. • Strong sales ability with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Basic knowledge of exercise principles and fitness industry trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 DOE
