    Income Expectation: $150,000 - $250,000


    Requirements:

    • Proven ability to influence and persuade with a dynamic presence.
    • College education is a plus.
    • Management experience with a successful track record of meeting objectives.
    • Skilled at executing strategies, with follow-through on plans.
    • Committed to building, leading, and mentoring a top-performing sales team.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

    Essential Functions & Responsibilities

    • Facilitate strong cross-departmental relationships with Installation, Marketing, and Administration teams.
    • Provide consistent coaching, motivation, and training to the sales staff.
    • Mentor sales reps through hands-on guidance and constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Model high-performance selling habits and results.
