We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Co-Brand Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our brand presence and enhancing customer engagement.

    Job Summary: The Co-Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne’s co-brand locations. This role involves strategic planning, marketing initiatives, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for brand growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met for both Jamba Juice and Auntie Anne’s brands.

    Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring excellent customer service.

    Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

    Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.

    Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction, including feedback collection and analysis.

    Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.

    Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand standards, including product quality, presentation, and customer service protocols.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    3+ years of management experience in food service or retail.

    Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

    Passion for food and beverage brands, with a customer-centric mindset.
