Job Description
At Brightspeed, we deliver best-in-class fiber internet and telecommunication services. As a Local Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales representatives. Your role is to drive performance by coaching, motivating, and developing your team while ensuring that they meet and exceed sales goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring field activities, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
In this role, most of your time will be spent working with the sales team in the field, with exposure to various weather conditions during field visits. Minimal time will be spent in an office environment. You will need to be based in either Newton, NJ or Flemington, NJ or within the vicinity, with the expectation of regular travel between both locations to support team operations. You will also be required to be flexible with evening and weekend availabilities to support team activities and meet customer demands.
