    Job Description

    NBCUniversal is looking for a Mail Services Manager for our Facilities Operations and Engineering team in Universal City, CA. You will work with all divisions of West Coast Studio Operations team and directly oversee a vendor team managing all aspects of Mailroom operations across the Los Angeles Campus.

    What You’ll Do…

    • Supervise, train, and manage mailroom staff to ensure efficient operations and enhance their skills and performance
    • Own all things budget performance, performance dashboards, metrics and reporting for the West Coast Studio Operations Facilities Ops & Eng department
    • Oversee the sorting, distribution, and dispatching of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve mailroom efficiency and accuracy
    • Drive a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction and continuously improve the employee experience.
    • Create regular reports for internal teams and clients to help set expectations and drive performance
    • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data, and create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
    • Work with business partners such as Security and HR to deliver a seamless operation
    • Work with Finance team to understand labor, materials, and vendor cost trends - identify cost drivers and recommend mitigation opportunities
    • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring staff adhere to protocols and obtain required training and certifications
    • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all contract service agreements to ensure proper compliance

    What You Have…

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Business or related field
    • 3+ years prior experience in facilities management and/or mailroom operations
    • Prior experience managing a similar role within a corporate facility

    What You Maybe Have…

    • Professional designation such as FMP, RPA, CPM, LEE

    Additional Requirements:

    • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

    Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 (bonus eligible)
