    Job Description

    The Multiplatform Scheduling Manager will support the overall media planning strategies and help generate brand awareness by ensuring that Sports priorities are being effectively promoted, with a focus on NBA. They must be skilled in organizing and planning with the ability to hit hard deadlines, troubleshoot, and pivot at a moment’s notice.

    ** Responsibilities :**

    • Help maximize viewership by strategically planning marquee sports campaigns including the NBA, Olympics, Sunday Night Football, College Football, PGA TOUR, Kentucky Derby, etc.
    • Collaborate with the Multiplatform team to develop premiere plans, rollout, and stunt strategies based on programming and company priorities
    • Oversee Sports and NBA Owned Media plans within the promo optimizer system and analyze data to ensure all campaign goals are met
    • Manage NBA game inventory, overseeing promotional logs scheduled within live games
    • Ensure data is accurate and constantly maintained up to date in on-air scheduling system by the full team
    • Account for broader company priorities, including regular Film, Peacock, and Entertainment, campaigns
    • Communicate closely with counterparts across the Media team, relaying promo priorities and scheduling nuances
    • Ensure needs are communicated to Brand and Creative teams so all necessary campaigns and creatives are developed to fulfill plans across the portfolio
    • Troubleshoot and problem solve, working with all teams to investigate and resolve format discrepancies
    • Assist with compiling and reconciling on-air schedules for post campaign analysis to ensure campaign goals were achieved
    • Collaborate across multiple teams, staying up to date with everchanging priorities in a fast-paced environment and updating all respective documents and teams as needed
    • Manage, guide and develop the skills of entry-level team members on the Multiplatform Planning team
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Basic Requirements :**

    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, science, research, film, television, or related field
    • 3-5 years’ experience working in Multiplatform Media Planning and/or Paid Media
    • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
    • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
    • Ability to work in multiple timelines concurrently
    • Ability to problem solve and find solutions to timely issues
    • Self-starter, proactive, resourceful

    ** Desired Characteristics :**

    • Minimum 1 year of production experience or marketing experience in a TV setting preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
    • Interest in daytime talk TV

    ** Additional Requirements :**

    • Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
