Responsibilities: • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Create and maintain staff operation schedules Qualifications: • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred • Must have a food handling license • Customer relationship management experience desired Compensation: $60,000+ Salary is experience driven - negotiable
