Responsibilities: • Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Write and implement departmental operation schedules Qualifications: • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred Compensation: $60,000+ Salary is experience driven - negotiable
