Responsibilities: • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements • Create and maintain staff operation schedules • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs Qualifications: • Over 3 years in food and beverage management • Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations • Food handling license required • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills • Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus Compensation: $60,000 yearly
