Responsibilities: About the Role As the Manager of Salesforce Development, you’ll lead a cross-functional team responsible for our core business systems—overseeing the strategy, implementation, and continuous evolution of Salesforce, CRM, and GTM tools. Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, cross-departmental efficiency, and the long-term scalability of our operations. This isn’t just a management role—it’s an opportunity to architect the systems that support a high-growth, high-performing business. You’ll report directly to senior leadership and serve as the point of contact for all things Salesforce and GTM tech. You’ll collaborate deeply with Sales, Marketing, and IT, and own everything from day-to-day system health to major platform upgrades and long-term innovation planning. Key Responsibilities: Technology Systems Management • Own and oversee the performance, security, and scalability of our Salesforce and GTM platforms • Proactively identify and implement automation opportunities and system improvements • Ensure system architecture supports business growth and evolving user needs Team Leadership • Lead and mentor a team of four: three Salesforce Administrators and one Senior Salesforce Developer • Conduct weekly 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions • Create a structured, goal-driven environment that encourages innovation and accountability Strategic Collaboration • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and IT to align technology with business objectives • Translate high-level goals into scalable, technical execution plans • Evaluate new tools and integrations based on scalability, ROI, and alignment with long-term goals Project Design and Execution • Scope and manage high-impact projects across multiple departments • Create clear timelines, define success metrics, and ensure full stakeholder alignment • Own delivery, documentation, and post-launch optimization User Feedback & Continuous Improvement • Regularly gather input from users to understand pain points and business needs • Prioritize enhancements based on business value and user experience • Stay ahead of Salesforce platform updates and GTM tech trends to keep our systems cutting-edge Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience architecting and delivering full-stack Salesforce solutions • 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce developers or admins (preferred) • Demonstrated impact on business performance through systems transformation • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Clear, concise communicator with experience working cross-functionally • Must be available to work full-time, in person, at our San Diego office Compensation: $170,000+ Base + Bonuses
