    GTM Technology Manager - GG Homes | San Diego, CA Are you a Salesforce expert with a passion for leadership and business transformation? GG Homes, a leader in real estate investment, is seeking a GTM Technology Manager to oversee and optimize our Salesforce, CRM, and GTM (Go-To-Market) technology systems. Responsibilities: The GTM Technology Manager will lead a talented team of four (three Salesforce Administrators and one Senior Salesforce Developer), driving the success of system enhancements, support, and projects related to Salesforce, CRM, and other GTM technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional technical expertise, a proven track record of influencing business performance through system transformation, and strong team management skills. Responsibilities: Technology Systems Management: • Oversee and manage Salesforce, CRM, and GTM technology systems, ensuring they are optimized, secure, and scalable. • Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of implemented features, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. Team Leadership: • Manage and mentor a team of four: three Salesforce Administrators and one Senior Salesforce Developer. • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment while supporting team members' career development and training. • Conduct regular 1:1s, oversee performance management, and lead by example. Strategic Collaboration and Planning: • Partner with leaders across sales, marketing, and IT organizations to develop plans for future systems improvements and evolution. • Serve as the primary liaison between the GTM technology team and other business units. • Evaluate technology choices based on performance, scalability, and maintainability, providing clear rationales for decisions. Project Design and Management: • Design, scope, and manage Salesforce development initiatives and other business systems-related projects. • Create detailed project plans, set milestones, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Requirement Gathering and User Feedback: • Collaborate with end-users to gather feedback and translate business needs into actionable technical plans. Staying Current and Driving Innovation: • Stay updated on emerging technologies and Salesforce platform updates. • Suggest and implement strategies to improve system performance and functionality. Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience architecting and designing full-stack solutions using the Salesforce Platform. • 2+ years of experience managing a team of Salesforce developers or administrators is preferred but not required. • Proven track record of influencing business performance through system transformation. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. • Availability to work full-time in our San Diego office (this is a fully in-office role). Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 Base + Bonuses
