    Job Description

    As a SME Streaming Planning Manager, you will act as a lead for Streaming Sponsorships across specific hold co agencies. The role of SME Streaming Planning Manager will be to lead the supporting teams by being an expert on all things Streaming, as well as focusing on creating compelling proposals and packaging strategies to drive revenue to the organization.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead communication with key stakeholders as SME/Brand Champion as it relates to sponsorship elements and estimates, marketing strategies for new shows and priority tentpoles, and creation of templates for all opportunities.
    • Partner with Planning leadership and various verticals to democratize their business requirements through strong relationships as Brand Champion.
    • Assist Agency Planning Leads and planners working on Streaming sponsorships by providing plan approvals, guidance on custom Streaming Sponsorship opportunities, and campaign optimization recommendations
    • Forge strong partnerships with Yield and Inventory teams to evaluate demand patterns to refine and improve future sponsorship packaging strategies.
    • Support in the development and rollout of planning focused materials and training as it relates to Streaming sponsorships.
    • Analyze areas within the Sales/Planning workflow that can be improved, create process enhancements that eliminate any bottlenecks or barriers to entry.
    • Work closely with Planning management & leadership to tactically drive company-wide goals and initiatives.
    • Handle any and all ad hoc sponsorship requests that may surface in a timely, efficient manner.

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3+ years of online experience in digital media planning
    • Fluent in media math

    • Strong computer skills especially in Excel, Power Point, and Word.
    • Ad Serving software and tracking knowledge a plus, specifically Operative One, Apple Workbench
    • Strong analytical and creative skills.
    • High energy and teamwork mentality a must.

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
