    The Manager, Portfolio Transformation is accountable for portfolio lifecycle management, line extensions, and regulatory compliance support activities. The role specifically focuses on maintaining the simplified “winning” infusion delivery portfolio that addresses key customer needs and enables profitable business growth with a specific focus on compliance activities. The position reports to the Director, Portfolio Transformation.

    To achieve success, the manager will need to effectively collaborate with other functions, such as R&D, Business Development, PMO, Quality, Regulatory etc., and to be aligned with the downstream Commercial Excellence team on relevant portfolio execution activities, such as regional product discontinuations and launches. This is an in-office hybrid role and relocation support is not available.

    Main responsibilities will include:

    • Optimize and proactively manage product portfolios, defining key strategic priorities and translating them into well-defined roadmaps and resourced projects that will help meet and exceed customer expectations.

    • Be the voice of the customer in compliance programs.

    • Contribute to portfolio lifecycle management process, including maintenance of portfolio risk dashboard.

    • Communicate product roadmaps, general availability and end-of-life timing, as well as other key portfolio decisions effectively to regional and functional teams.

    • Proactively engage with customers and become their advocate, demonstrating a deep understanding of applicable clinical and economic needs to support customer-centric decision making.

    About you

    • The ability to translate customer, market and competitive insights into clear strategies and programs.

    • Demonstrated customer centricity and desire to understand and resolve key pain points.

    • Knowledge of key marketing concepts and processes, with emphasis on portfolio management.

    • Demonstrated ability to operate across different levels of organization, shaping, influencing, and executing complex agendas in a highly matrixed environment.

    • Good communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to function with some supervision, effectively prioritizing workload and influencing others to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.

    • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to influence without authority, diverse cultural perspective, and global mentality

    • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

    • R/N preferably with business / marketing background along with critical care / infusion and Global hospital experience

    • Minimum 3+ years experience with global regulatory requirements

    • Minimum 5+ years professional experience in Product Management (upstream and downstream strategies).
