    Manager, Field Force Effectiveness/Sales Planning & Analytics

    • A Key Strategic Partner for the Business. You are a key partner for our Strategic Accounts, Allergan Practice Consultant (APC), and Allergan Digital Consultant (ADC) teams. You’ll work directly with these teams to ensure accurate data is delivered in a timely fashion. You are process oriented and have excellent attention to detail.

    YOU WILL:

    • Support reporting and analytics, sales performance management including DSA customer business review decks and sales measure framework development. Ensure analysis is prioritized, developed based on business/customer requirements, and documented as required. Act as an advisor and partner to the business. Working closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
    • Coordination with IC team to ensure timely execution on incentive plans/payouts and reporting
    • Coordination with Training team to ensure successful onboarding & continued education of the teams you support.
    • Manage business requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (FFO Team, Marketing, Business Technology, Data Labs) to translate business requirements into actionable, systems-oriented solutions.
    • Manage systems. Work directly with business unit leaders to configure and administer systems (Salesforce.com, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI, Dataiku etc.) to better meet the needs of the commercial organization.
    • Establish relationships. Establish cross-functional relationships with internal departments and collaborate to continuously drive sales and efficiencies. Keep Commercial leaders to date on the status of issues, including known problems being worked and perceived risks, and provide recommendations supported by analysis.

    YOU BRING:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.

    • 6+ Years experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, Finance, or comparative field

    • Strong ability to collect and organize large amounts of information to create complex analysis and present to Sales Leadership in a clear concise manner

    • Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.

    • Experience with database systems such as Oracle/SAP/Snowflake, and reporting platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Business Objects, SAS a plus.

    • Experience in cash pay sales operations, marketing research, sales support or information management is a plus

    • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

    • Ability to communicate with all levels of Sales including Sales Management to gather requirements and create insightful and impactful reports for the sales force

    • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) a plus

    • Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills

    • Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast paced, multi-task environment

    • Desire and ability to take on new challenges and learn new applications

    • Attention to detail and technical SOP writing

    • Ability to interface with external customers

    • Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed

    • Ability to take initiative, be discreet, act with diplomacy and maintain a professional attitude
