Bachelor’s degree required.
6+ Years experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, Finance, or comparative field
Strong ability to collect and organize large amounts of information to create complex analysis and present to Sales Leadership in a clear concise manner
Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
Experience with database systems such as Oracle/SAP/Snowflake, and reporting platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Business Objects, SAS a plus.
Experience in cash pay sales operations, marketing research, sales support or information management is a plus
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate with all levels of Sales including Sales Management to gather requirements and create insightful and impactful reports for the sales force
Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) a plus
Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast paced, multi-task environment
Desire and ability to take on new challenges and learn new applications
Attention to detail and technical SOP writing
Ability to interface with external customers
Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed
Ability to take initiative, be discreet, act with diplomacy and maintain a professional attitude

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
