Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our growing Professional Services customer acquisition team!
As a Services Sales Manager, you will partner with product Account Executives to prospect for and acquire new customers with the Services messaging/value as core to the offering to drive higher Services attach rates. Furthermore, you will partner with Account Managers/Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for existing customers to ensure a successful, long-term journey with Freshworks.
You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads. You will obtain critical information about new customer opportunities and schedule appointments and provide follow up activities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $194,000 — $278,760
Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
