  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Your Experience

    • Passion for leadership and innovation
    • Experience leading a team from either a technical or managerial perspective
    • Demonstrable project management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Design teams, emphasizing end-to-end delivery
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
    • M.S. or Ph.D in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent military experience required
    • 8+ years of development experience in Public Cloud, Data Engineering and Analytics
    • 4+ years of direct people leadership experience
    • 8+ years experience in design, algorithms, and data structures - Expertise with one or more of the following languages is a must - Java, Python, Golang
    • Proven leadership skills with an ability to deliver under tight deadlines
    • Familiarity with Agile (e.g., Scrum Process), Big Data technologies like Hive, Kafka, Hadoop, SQL, developing APIs, Cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS and Azure

    Compensation Disclosure

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $165000 - $267500/YR.
