You will play a critical role in shaping how Bosch is perceived in the job market, driving our talent attraction efforts to attract top-tier candidates aligned with business need.
As part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team for North America, the Manager, Talent Attraction - Branding will steer the development and execution of brand awareness strategies to maintain Bosch as an employer of choice. You will work closely with regional and global internal stakeholders across HR, Marketing, Communications and Leadership to align expectations and deliverables, ensure brand consistency, advocate for employer branding initiatives, and build cross-functional relationships to drive alignment on talent attraction goals.
