    Job Description

    People/Relationship Management:

    • Lead and manage a team by setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring team members have the resources they need to succeed
    • Mentor and develop team members by identifying their strengths and areas for improvement, and providing opportunities for growth
    • Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments to foster collaboration and alignment
    • Ensure the team complies with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies

    Digital Optimization:

    • Develop and implement digital optimization strategies to enhance user experience and drive business goals
    • Analyze McDonald’s app traffic and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize app elements such as layout, content, and calls to action
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX/UI, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective optimization efforts
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of optimization initiatives

    Market Platform Management:

    • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital platforms to ensure they meet business needs and user expectations
    • Work in partnership with global Product Engineering Managers to ensure successful testing and deployment
    • Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of platform updates and new features

    The expected salary range for this role is $129,800 - $165,490

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional experience
    • BA or BS in Business or Technology related field
    • Must have knowledge of mobile app support, development, and deployment
    • Proficient in structured query language (SQL) and a strong knowledge of database management
    • Familiar with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Grafana, DynaTrace, DataDog
    • Demonstrated experience with data visualization software such as Tableau and PowerBI
    • Knowledge of incident management and tracking tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence
    • Superior communication skills across various channels
    • Ability to work in both development and support environments
    • Relationship driven with the proven ability to solve complex problems
    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
