    Job Description

    The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. This role reports to Sr Director of Strategy and business Development.

    As part of the Acqua Di Parma Team, the key responsibilities are:

    Marketing Strategy and Planning

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, materials, and points of sale.
    • Present launch plans to retailer partners twice a year or as needed.

    Budget Management

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize ROI and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with Key Account Managers for all launch forecasts for sellable and POSM by door by account.
    • Maintain and update the POSM budget continuously, proposing monthly allocation of POSM to the Senior Director of Sales and Senior Director of Strategy.

    Brand promotion and perception

    • Coordinate and manage events such as product launches, trade shows, and in-store events (both brick-and-mortar and direct-to-consumer) to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
    • Develop ideas for local promotions and/or merchandising based on market needs, including direct mail pieces, tester units, and in-store events.
    • Manage work requests and timely execution by liaising with Creative, Purchasing, and Operations departments.
    • Manage relationships with media, influencers, and Influencer PR agencies to secure coverage and increase brand perception.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in the luxury fragrance industry.

    • Strong spoken and written English skills are essential.

    • Strong presentation skills required.

    • Proficiency required in: Power Point, Word, Excel, Adobe is a plus.

    Additional Information

    This role works Hybrid, in office Monday - Wednesday in NYC. Travel Requirement: 20%

    While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $100,000 - $105,000.
