    Snarf’s Sandwiches in hiring for Managers in Training in Denver and Boulder Colorado! The Manager in Training is a floating General Manager who will first train in all aspects of sandwich making, food prep, and register.

    You will then work with the training Manager on Snarf's standards and operations including all backend administration responsibilities. You may be required to work in different stores throughout the region to learn from other General Managers and cover vacations and staffing shortages when needed.

    This position will be the first to fill any General Manager requisitions at either new stores or existing stores along with replacing a current General Manager should they leave the company.

    Required work experience, skills, and education:

    Proven ability to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant

    Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed

    Willingness to work in multiple locations

    Willing to assist General Managers with on-boarding and training of new employees

    Must have reliable transportation

    Expected to work at least 45 hours per week/5 days per week

    Problem solving skills

    Excellent customer service skills

    Attend and participate in weekly Managers meetings

    High school diploma or college degree

    3 years of experience in a restaurant management

    Food safety knowledge (Pass Serve Safe training provided by Snarf’s)

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google docs. Prior experience with Brink POS, Paycom, and R365 preferred
