Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management of a midsize to large law firm preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant legal administrative management experience equivalency.
- HRIS software system proficiency.
- Knowledge of and compliance with state and federal employment laws, including benefits/leave administration, time and attendance and overtime rules.
- Employee Benefits administration experience.
- Human Resources expertise.
- Leadership abilities with excellent communication, project management and organization.
- Ability to work effectively across all national departments and levels of personnel.
