    Manager – Client Engagement

    C&F is on a journey to grow revenue within the US Market. Leading this initiative is a newly formed US-based Business Development team, which provides strategic consulting and digital transformation thought leadership in hopes of cultivating business growth through strategic partnerships with current and new clients. The Business Development team has defined 3 pillars to support client acquisition and development – 1) Client Engagement 2) Business Line 3) Sales and Marketing. The Client Engagement entity is growing, and C&F is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to join the team to support our continued growth in these functions.

    The Client Engagement function is a key pillar within C&F, aimed at strengthening client relationships, ensuring long-term success, and identifying opportunities for continuous growth. C&F is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to help shape this function and support its strategic expansion. The Client Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in leading client interactions, driving engagement strategies, and delivering business value through collaboration and innovation.

    You will be responsible for:

    Client Engagement – Industry & Client Focused Initiatives

    Lead the delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives for C&F clients

    Collaborate with C&F technical engineering and delivery teams to ensure success at our clients such as; developing roadmaps, prioritizing focus areas & overall strategy

    Shape the digital initiative strategy and vision through engaging with client stakeholders through workshops and stakeholder interviews

    Partner with key client sponsors and stakeholders to provide engagement updates, oversights and risks

    Collaborate with client stakeholders and sponsors to ensure buy-in for approach recommendations & options

    Support in the development of business cases, estimations and timelines for digital initiatives

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to develop and implement innovative solutions that deliver tangible value to clients and position C&F as a leader in the industry

    Lead client engagements to provide successful, on-time, and in-budget delivery of client deliverables.

    Support in the mobilization and success of the delivery team

    Business Growth & Strategic Development

    Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within client organizations.

    Assist in the creation of client-specific success stories and case studies to showcase C&F’s impact.

    Contribute to thought leadership efforts, including workshops and assessments that uncover innovation opportunities.

    Strengthen industry partnerships to enhance C&F’s service offerings and expand market reach.

    Support in “thought capital” development and client partnership for actively pursuing additional client growth.

    Travel: 0-25% depending on the client engagement. Can be fully remote based on engagement

    What you will need:

    Must Have:

    Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

    Experience in technology implementation and an understanding of the technology SDLC process

    Experience communicating and working with senior stakeholders (director level and above)

    Experience in leading and managing teams

    Ability to translate across business needs and technical approaches with support of subject matter experts

    Strong client focus and communication skills

    Experience working with cross functional teams such as UI/UX designers, software/data engineers and end users

    Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and business problems

    Bachelor’s degree

    Nice to Have:

    Experience in the commercial or manufacturing and supply chain within the Life Sciences Industry

    Knowledge of agile management tools such as JIRA, AzureDevOps and similar tools

    Experience with software delivery practices such as agile, scrum, or SAFe (scaled agile framework)

    Experience in working with enterprise data such as master data management (MDM), reference data management(RDM), data governance, self service or additional data skillsets

    Basic knowledge, understanding or experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft, Amazon and Google

    Experience in delivering analytics or business insight dashboards or solutions

    Manufacturing and Supply Chain:

    Experience with solutions or data in the manufacturing and supply chain space such as; SAP, production areas(MES, IT/OT, etc.), supply planning solutions (Kinaxis, O9) or other software tools

    Commercial:

    Experience with solutions in the Life Sciences commercial space such as tools in marketing (Adobe, etc.), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) or other solutions or approaches within commercial
