Brimstone Allon Enterprises is SAS provider of Dietary Management Software. Our cloud service support Healthcare program across the country. In the roll the successful candidate will become familiar with the workings of our application and become proficient in its application for our clients.

The Manager of Culinary Serves will direct development of recipes and menus for our online Menu Management System. The successful candidate should have well rounded experience in cooking and kitchen management. Healthcare experience is preferable but not required. The position will report to the VP of Client Services. The successful candidate has to be a self-starter and able to perform independently of direct daily supervision.

The position will also work with vendor procurement for our clients. In this capacity the position will review vendor product and select the most cost effective for the recipes to be used in.

The position will support customer care staff responding to customer questions on menus, recipes and system functionality.

This position is kind of the best of all worlds, working in food service but out of the kitchen. Normal reasonable hours!

The position can pay up between $22.00 to $25.00 to start. The hours will be 15-20 hours per week to start but will have the ability to grow into a full-time position over the next 6 months.
