    Job Description

    ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Events Manager to join our team and manage events across our portfolio globally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences that reflect our brand and engage our audience.

    This individual will work in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies to lead the event planning process from ideation to execution, creative design to program management.

    • Provide program management to ultimately deliver impactful innovation at our global and internal events.
    • Collaborate with the balance of the events team, product marketing, marketing communication and promotions team, corporate branding, senior management, and others to build consensus, align goals and activities and increase overall audience impact
    • Overall communication and interfaces affected by the program including cross-functional stakeholders, business sponsors and vendors; work with Strategic Events Team on all production requirements and needs.
    • Ability to understand and grasp the market, technology, product portfolio at a high-level in order to help support event strategy and tactics.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • Minimum 8 years progressive experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats, including the delivery of large-scale, innovative programs.
    • Skilled in creating pre-event planning decks and post-event summary presentations.
    • Must be able to work in parallel on multiple-programs simultaneously, within agreed deadlines and budgets.
    • Bring clarity to the overall event planning process, act as the sole source of truth for all things event strategy and logistics.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, track projects and meet urgent deadlines.
    • Stellar program development and management skills required.
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.
    • A desire to thrive in rapid growth, fast-paced environment and adapt well to change; can act with urgency.
    • A self-driven work ethic and model.
    • Ability to travel to event locations, globally.
    • A collaborative, proactive, creative individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. You welcome feedback and excel in high-pressure environments.

    For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $111,700 - $195,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
