  • Responsibilities

    The Manager of Financial Analysis will play a key role in driving the strategic growth and development of the team, overseeing and managing its global operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify financial opportunities and develop strategic business plans.
    • Analyze current processes and systems, identifying potential improvements through documentation and stakeholder discussions, including those directly involved in the work.
    • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance fee management, client service delivery, and self-service analytics for financial insights to improve overall performance.
    • Foster relationships with relevant departments, such as office leadership, to expand the team’s capabilities and strengthen the Finance Department’s service offerings.
    • Cultivate a collaborative team environment by working with other functional support teams, and technology to implement growth opportunities and value-driven changes.
    • Ensure the protection and confidentiality of sensitive, proprietary, and financial information.

    Requirements

    • Possess strong leadership skills (organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) to effectively manage the team.
    • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present persuasive content to executive leadership.
    • Show excellent people management skills to supervise, mentor, and promote the career development of team members.
    • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
    • At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in a professional services environment, including a minimum of five (5) years leading projects and initiatives.
    • At least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience, ideally in a professional services setting.
    • Two (2) years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with business objects and relational database experience to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Compensation
    $175,000-$250,000 per year
