Manager of Industrial Channel Operations, GTM (Go-to-Market) and Process
Job Description
Red Wing Shoe Company is seeking a Channel Operations, Go-to-Market and Process Manager in support of our Global Industrial team. This role is responsible for partnering with Field Sales, Revenue Operations, and Cross-Functional Leadership to define and drive execution of annual financial and operational plans. Additionally, this role will support the development of our differentiated go-to-market strategies and operational processes. This candidate will need to take an analytical approach, identify, escalate, and act against revenue-related opportunities and risks within our industrial channel. Critically, they are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer to ensure corporate teams are delivering a remarkable, on-brand customer experience by operationalizing how our products, services and experiences are brough to market in a way that drives profitable, scalable growth.
