Are you an experienced RN ready to lead in home healthcare? Boost Home Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality care for homebound patients. You’ll supervise clinical operations, ensure compliance with care plans, and guide an exceptional team of clinicians.

What you'll do:

Lead clinical team and manage patient care coordination

Oversee OASIS documentation, PDGM coding, and care planning

Monitor case compliance and participate in QA/PI activities

Support staff hiring, development, and performance reviews

Occasionally provide direct care in urgent situations

What we’re looking for:

Licensed RN in MA with 2+ years of nursing and 1+ year of home health experience

Proficient in OASIS, EMR, Medicare CoPs, and QAPI

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license, CPR certification

Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
