Responsibilities: • Lead recruiting and training efforts to identify and capitalize on business opportunities in Austin, TX. • Source and hire competent Financial Representative candidates in Austin, TX. • Facilitate training and provide guidance to Financial Representatives, equipping them with the tools for success. • Provide mentorship to Advisors. • Monitor development and progress, and provide regular updates to the General Agent and Management Team to ensure the success and stability of each representative. • Periodically collaborate with field personnel to assess and enhance their sales, prospecting, and referral capabilities. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of sales experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3-5 years in field management or agency distribution systems. • The candidate will facilitate Joint Appointments with Advisors. • The candidate will also aid in Accountability for new Advisors. • Relevant work experience is required for the position of Managing Associate in Austin, TX, US. A 4-year college degree in Business or Finance is preferred but not required. • Candidate must obtain an insurance license. • While professional designations such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP are preferred, they are not mandatory. • Preferred qualifications include FINRA series 7 and 66 certifications. • Demonstrated success in firm building and recruitment is a plus for this role. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ yearly
