    A growing and innovative family law firm is seeking a Managing Attorney to take the lead on all legal work across the firm. This is an opportunity for a motivated and experienced family law attorney who thrives in leadership, enjoys mentoring legal teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. This position will work closely with the firm owner, taking full ownership of the firm’s legal operations to allow the owner to focus on business development. The Managing Attorney will play a key role in developing internal legal talent, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring client matters progress smoothly and successfully. Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all legal work within the firm to ensure high-quality representation and efficient case progress. • Manage, mentor, and support associate attorneys and paralegals. • Monitor case timelines and proactively move matters forward. • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity. • Strategically guide clients through family law matters, including litigation, mediation, and settlement. • Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances as needed. • Support the development and refinement of firm systems, procedures, and workflows. • Collaborate closely with the firm owner on strategic planning and growth initiatives. Qualifications: • Active license to practice law in Georgia. • Minimum of 8 years of family law litigation experience. • Proven leadership and team management experience is strongly preferred. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment. • Proficiency with legal technology platforms (e.g., Clio, Microsoft 365, etc.) is a plus. Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus
