Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in court and before government agencies.

Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Advise clients on business and legal transactions.

Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.

Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Attend networking events to promote the firm.

Ensure that all legal services meet firm standards and comply with relevant laws and ethical guidelines.

Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives to support firm growth and client satisfaction.

Mentor and train junior attorneys, providing guidance on complex legal matters and professional development.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in Florida.

Previous legal experience preferred, particularly with billable hours.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients.

Proficient in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office.

Empathetic and client-focused approach to handling cases.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with substantial experience in civil litigation.

Proven management experience, preferably in a law firm setting.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
