Responsibilities: • Build up the credibility of the law firm to the community by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc. • Take charge of recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and developing senior attorneys, associate attorneys, paralegals and support staff to strengthen our legal team • Ensure that the firm is achieving its client satisfaction goals by evaluating productivity and quality of service and making recommendations for improvement • Represent and grow your own caseload (particularly complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney • Be responsible for the financial strategy of the law firm by anticipating requirements and trends, monitoring the monthly budget, distributing funds across the company, and evaluating the results - making modifications when necessary Qualifications: • Admitted to state and local bar associations • Supervisory experience, as well as decision- making and public speaking experience are a must • At least 5 years of experience as an attorney • Great leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are needed in this role • Bachelor’s degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 yearly
