Join a successful Real Estate office in the West Valley as a Managing Broker. - A valid Broker License and prior Real Estate experience are essential requirements. - We are seeking candidates eager to expand their skills and develop alongside our company. - Our team is dedicated to mastering our resources, tools, and services to ensure exceptional client service. Responsibilities: • Review all broker files/transaction documents • Ensures that all support and service is conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of REMAX Professionals • Ensure all contract documents are reviewed/signed within required policy and statutory deadlines • Ensure all documents are reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all statutes and in accordance with all risk management policies • Troubleshoot and respond to a potential agent, client, and co-brokerage challenges or concerns • Conduct training orientations with new agents on SkySlope and SkySlope Forms • Manage branch office assigned • Occasionally cover other branch offices or staff as needed (minimal hours, but flexibility is appreciated) • Assist Designated Broker, Owner, Management Team, and Staff with any and all projects or duties assigned Qualifications: • Active/Current Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license is required • Real estate background is essential • Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and advanced oral/written communication skills are a plus • Must be organized, detail-oriented, flexible, able to prioritize and enjoy a variety of assignments • Must be a self-starter. Should have a positive attitude and outgoing personality • Must be able to multi-task with frequent interruptions, changes, or delays • Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
