You’ll be responsible for: Developing and coaching agents to reach their full potential • Coach and mentor sales associates in business planning, skill-building, and sales strategy to boost their success and confidence. • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-morale office environment where people feel empowered to do their best work. Driving key business metrics through team performance and culture • Lead, and support administrative staff to ensure efficient, smooth-running office operations. • Monitor performance and profitability, identifying new strategies and solutions to help agents and the office reach growth targets. • Report progress to leadership with clarity, transparency, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Supporting recruiting and retention efforts to grow a powerhouse team • Take charge of daily recruiting activities that drive real results and help meet (or exceed!) your recruiting goals. • Leverage our signature “Proven Process” to connect with driven professionals and welcome new agents into our network. Executing office operations and strategic initiatives • Host dynamic weekly office meetings, roundtables, and trainings designed to keep your team engaged, informed, and inspired. Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Experienced professional with 5+ years in real estate sales; bonus points for leadership, business development, or training experience. • An active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one within 12 months). • A natural coach and motivator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • A collaborative leader who values integrity, inclusion, and innovation. • Willingness to travel occasionally for company events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 salary plus bonus
