    Summary of Responsibilities

    We are seeking a dynamic General/Operations Manager to lead our business operations and drive growth. In this leadership role, you will oversee financial management, systems, and processes, while collaborating with department heads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll set strategic goals, manage the sales team, and spearhead process efficiency efforts. This position offers the opportunity to implement new ideas and guide the company’s long-term vision, making a direct impact on its success.

    Essential Functions

    • Act as the main point of contact for HR, addressing conflicts as needed
    • Ensure efficient systems and processes across departments
    • Set the business vision, goals, and strategy
    • Manage the annual and monthly budgets
    • Handle financial forecasting
    • Lead the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets
    • Conduct weekly management meetings
    • Oversee recruiting and manage contractors
    • Manage software contractors and technology updates
    • Serve as the liaison for liability insurance
    • Sign all contracts and legal documents
    • Supervise daily operations and department growth
    • Participate in employee performance reviews

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 3+ years in leadership/management, overseeing multiple departments
    • Operations experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Tech savvy
    • Preferred:
      • Construction experience
      • Accounting experience
      • Sales experience

    Compensation

    • $80,000-$120,000 salary
    • 50% Paid Health Insurance for employee
    • Vision and Dental plans available
