The Ryabyy Region of Modern Woodmen is actively looking for a Managing Partner to spearhead the development and leadership of a team of financial representatives serving PA Region of our business. If you possess a Series 26 (or 24) License (if not, a minimum qualification is evidence of your completed SIE certification) and harbor a strong desire to lead and foster a team, then this opportunity could be an excellent match worth exploring!

About Regional Director, Bogdan Ryabyy: Bogdan, a seasoned Regional Leader with Modern Woodmen, brings a wealth of experience in cultivating successful teams. Drawing inspiration from his impactful tenure in the financial services industry, he has demonstrated a remarkable ability to transform teams and instill a culture of growth. Currently spearheading expansion efforts in his region which spans across the state of Pennsylvania, His commitment to effective leadership as the key driver of growth is evident, and by the end of 2026, he aims to establish a significant presence from Philadelphia to Pittsburg and everywhere in between.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Bogdan is a devoted family man, celebrating 12 years of marriage and taking pride in his role as a "girl dad" to two young daughters. His passion for leadership extends to various interests, from being a dedicated drummer at his church to indulging in a love for movies and golf. As a car enthusiast and avid sports fan, particularly of the Eagles and Phillies, Bogdan balances his professional success with a rich and diverse personal life, guided by the belief that making a difference is at the core of his journey.
