Role Overview: As a Manager (once necessary licenses are achieved you will be considered for the leadership role of Managing Partner) with Modern Woodmen of America, you will be part of a dynamic team that values growth, leadership, and community engagement. This role is ideal for individuals with a vision to grow, lead, and manage a team of financial professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Provide tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of our members.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Offer comprehensive financial planning, including life insurance, retirement planning, investments, and estate planning.
Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor new financial representatives.
Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve collective and individual goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Community Involvement:
Actively participate in community service and outreach programs.
Represent Modern Woodmen of America in local events and initiatives.
Engage in fraternal programs that directly benefit local communities.
Business Growth:
Drive the growth and success of the local office.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base.
Monitor and manage team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Role: Financial Representative and Business Mentor.
Background: Originally from Illinois, served as a pastor before joining MWA. Moved to the Midwest as a Managing Partner before relocating with RD Jim Ed to build the business.
Tenure: Brings 11 years of experience to the table.
Passion: Dedicated to helping people achieve financial security and success.
Coleen Faris:
Location: Resides in Pueblo, Colorado.
Character: Known for her remarkable kindness and support, especially towards new representatives.
Values: Advocates strongly for the Fraternal concept and community engagement.
Interests: Enjoys gardening, spending quality time with family, and actively volunteers in the Pueblo community and at her church.
