You’ll be responsible for overseeing all organizational operations and ensuring that we meet our company goals. Responsibilities: • Cooperate with the leadership team on strategies to achieve goals and expand the brokerage • Run all operational aspects of the property management brokerage including listings, work orders, customer relations • Be sure that all state and federal laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all staff • Oversee and manage all vendor relationships • Strategize with the marketing department to ensure the brokerage is branded, positioned, and promoted well • Create and implement systems and processes to improve the efficiency of the brokerage • Create training materials for new staff and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful property management brokerage • Must have a broker's license • Expertise in the property management industry and all state, federal, Fair Housing laws to ensure compliance with our brokerage • Over 3 years of experience in a property management brokerage Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
