MANCAN STAFFING IS LOOKING TO FILL A FULL-TIME OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR A COMPANY IN MEDINA, OHIO.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Scheduling meetings, typing, proofreading, correcting various Administrative documents, copying, scanning faxing, distribution of correspondences, mailing documents, maintaining a tickle system, client interactions (telephone and in-person), correspondence with third parties, maintaining excel spreadsheets, processing payments, payment analysis, and other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to read, write, type 40 wpm, organize, work well under pressure, and advanced computer skills.

Associates or Bachelors Degree Must be able to pass a drug test and national background
